When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed (1pm cut off) during Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Whilst we work hard to ensure this is the case, during busy periods (e.g. launches, sales, Christmas, etc.) dispatch may be extended. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at hello@athletikan.com.

Note on pre-orders:

Pre-orders will be dispatched immediately upon inventory being received at our warehouse(s).

An estimated shipping date is provided at the time your pre-order is placed. While our estimated shipping dates are generally very accurate, the actual shipping date is subject to change, depending on when we actually receive the stock (which may be sooner, or later than expected).

You will be kept fully up to date via email in the event that the final shipping date on your pre-order changes for any reason.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If an order needs to be changed or cancelled after being processed, please contact us immediately via e-mail hello@athletikan.com. If you have made an error in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it much easier for the carrier to deliver to the correct location. 

Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender. In this instance, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Where will my order be sent from?

We have 3 warehouses globally based in USA, Australia and UK. Your order may be dispatched from any of these locations based on closest proximity and availability of stock.

How long will my order take to arrive?

USA Shipping

For USA orders, delivery time estimate is provided at checkout.

Australian Shipping 

Australia Post Standard:

-VIC: 2-8 days

-NSW/SA/ACT: 3-8 days

-QLD/TAS: 3-8 days

-WA/NT: 3-14 days 

Australia Post Express:
- Next Business day for all CBD areas excluding WA and NT and rural areas. 2-3 business days needs to be given for WA/NT and rural parcels.

UK Shipping

For UK orders, delivery time estimate is provided at checkout.

Rest of World Shipping

For rest of world shipping, delivery times can vary between 1-4 weeks, depending on your selected location.

Once dispatched from our warehouse, parcels are transferred to your country's most reliable shipping service. For detailed tracking updates, please check your tracking through your country's courier website directly according to the tracking number provided.

Please note: Customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order to your selected country are your responsibility. Delivery delays can occur through customs processes which are out of our control.
